Between May 1st and August 28th, we have a select number of suites available at greatly reduced rates with a 90 night minimum.
(This allows us to meet the BC Provincial Legislation requirements as these suites are NOT considered for Short Term Vacation Rental).
As such, you may book the suite for yourself, but you can have anyone you wish stay during the length of your booking.
Maybe you only want 2 weeks in Kelowna, but your parents also want 2 weeks and so do your siblings or friends.
Well this gives you all your own unique, and separate 2 week holidays.
Maybe you want to come out and work for the whole summer or just a month or so.
As long as everyone follows the house and strata rules and we put the entire booking in your name – then we can welcome you to Kelowna as a single booking at these fantastic rates.
